How Does The Mortgage Application Work?
It starts with a conversation with myself (your mortgage agent) to discuss your goals and lifestyle. I will tell you which documents to have ready to upload to our secure portal. Once pre-approved, your application is submitted to the best lenders, compare rates and then help you make a decision. Personalized service is key to the home ownership journey.
Can I get a Morgage if I am Self Employed?
The short answer is YES! Getting a mortgage when you are self employed takes extra creativity from your mortgage agent as there is a different process involved. Working with lenders that understand self employment is what will be needed to get your application financed to secure your dream home. BRX has experienced lenders in this field that understand a business owners needs.
What Can You Do For A Refinance/Renewal Mortgage?
When you are about 6-8 mths before your mortgage is up for renewal you will want to contact a mortgage agent to help get the best rates. This includes debt consolidation or home equity loans if needed.
